In this heartfelt talk, business owners and inventors -- Jules Weldon and Stacey Pierce -- mix in humor to share their hard earned wisdom about going "all in". If you’ve heard it once, you heard it a thousand times -- entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. From a napkin sketch to reality, from making lots of money to giving up everything to make a wild and crazy dream come true, and driving all across the US in an RV to build their brand, Jules & Stace offer the hard truths about their journey of giving up their stuff, but not their dreams. Jules & Stace have often been referred to as the “Dynamic Duo”. Partners in all things life and business, they are founders, inventors, authors, podcast hosts, adventure seekers, travel junkies, and dog lovers. As they were building their outdoor gear company, they reached a point in their startup where the only asset they had left was their house, so they sold the house, invested the equity into their company and bought an RV that they wrapped in their branding. They have been traveling for the last 2 years all across the US building their company. The two are no strangers to “All In”. They are also the hosts of a podcast called Do It In Nature, where they have engaging conversations with people who are doing inspirational things connected to the outdoors. In addition, Weldon and Pierce have co-authored a children’s book called Rescued By Rico. Building businesses is a definite passion and building genuine relationships is one of their greatest joys. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
